Through creative teaching strategies and diligent training, we at IITE Maritime School are dedicated to providing Maldivians with a top-notch, easily accessible, and industry-focused maritime education. Our objective is to give students the self-assurance, technical know-how, and professional credentials necessary to succeed in nautical employment both domestically and abroad.

Students will gain knowledge of safe vessel operations, emergency safety protocols needed in coastal situations, and fundamental navigation principles. In order to guarantee safe and effective maritime operations, the program also places a strong emphasis on general ship management procedures and bridge watchkeeping duties. The course, which is taught in-person in Dhivehi, blends theoretical knowledge with hands-on training to increase competence and confidence at sea.

After graduation, students will possess the fundamental maritime abilities required to assist with vessel operations and seek additional education and professional growth in the marine sector.
