Program Description

The goal of the Diploma in Human Resource Management is to give students the practical skills and knowledge needed to manage human resources in contemporary enterprises. In order to prepare graduates for careers in human resource management and workforce development, the curriculum offers a solid foundation in employee engagement, performance management, staff development, international HR practices, and organizational planning.

Through courses like Management of Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, International Human Resource Management, Performance Management Systems, Development of Human Resource Procedures and Plans, and Essential English for Academic Purposes, students will acquire knowledge pertinent to the industry. Recruitment, employee development, workplace performance, policy execution, communication, and organizational effectiveness are the main areas of emphasis in the curriculum.

  • Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education OR

  • Attainment of a Level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program.

  • Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated) AND
  • successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR
  • 20 years old, completion of secondary school AND
  • 2 years of relevant work experience AND
  • successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program.
