Program Description
The goal of the Certificate 3 in Human Resource Management is to equip students with the fundamental knowledge and useful skills necessary to support HR operations in businesses. The program equips students to successfully contribute to corporate success by introducing them to important topics such employee relations, workplace communication, recruiting and selection, and management principles.
Students will gain knowledge of fundamental HR procedures, such as hiring new employees, communicating with coworkers, and encouraging their growth and performance. Additionally, the program places a strong emphasis on effective workplace interaction and professional communication skills, which helps students gain confidence in handling HR-related responsibilities and creating a healthy work environment.
