Program Description
The goal of the Associate Degree in Human Resource Management program is to equip students with the advanced knowledge and useful skills needed to successfully manage human resources in contemporary businesses. The curriculum prepares graduates to support and oversee workforce development activities by concentrating on important areas such employee engagement, performance management, human resource planning, organizational growth, reward systems, and human capital management.
Strong knowledge of hiring, employee relations, learning and development, and strategic human resource management will be imparted to students. The curriculum has a strong emphasis on both theoretical understanding and real-world application, empowering students to tackle workplace issues, create HR strategies, and support organizational development in a variety of professional contexts.
