Program Description

The goal of the Associate Degree in Leadership and Management program is to equip students with the strategic thinking, leadership, and management skills they need to succeed in the cutthroat corporate world of today. In order to prepare students for supervisory and management positions in a variety of industries, the curriculum offers a thorough understanding of leadership principles, organizational management, international business, marketing, and human resource techniques.

  • 20 years old, completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated) AND
  • Successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR
  • 20 years old AND
  • Completion of secondary school AND
  • 2 years of relevant work experience AND
  • Successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program.
