Program Description
The goal of the Certificate 3 in Travel and tourism is to give students the fundamental knowledge and useful skills they need to thrive in the fast-paced travel and tourism sector. In order to prepare students for entry-level positions in travel agencies, hospitality, tour operations, and customer service, the curriculum exposes students to fundamental ideas in tourism management, industry operations, and international tourist destinations.
Through courses like Introduction to Management, The Travel and Tourism Sector, and Tourist Destinations, students will learn about the travel and tourism industry.
