Program Description
The goal of the Certificate 3 in Leadership and Management is to build the fundamental management and leadership abilities needed to assist teams and promote organizational success. The curriculum prepares students for entry-level supervisory and management support roles by giving them practical knowledge in leadership, teamwork, workplace communication, and recruitment procedures.
In order to improve teamwork and productivity, students will acquire knowledge of important leadership concepts, team dynamics, and effective workplace communication. Essential management techniques, such as decision-making, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and assisting with recruitment and team building exercises, are also covered in the curriculum.
Delivered through face-to-face and e-learning modes, the program combines theoretical learning with practical application to build confidence, leadership capability, and professional communication skills. Upon completion, graduates will be prepared to support workplace operations, assist in team management, and pursue further studies in leadership, management, and related business fields.
