Certificate 3 in English Language Skills

Program Description

The goal of the Certificate 3 in English Language Skills is to help students become more proficient in the language for everyday, professional, and academic communication. The program’s main goal is to improve students’ fundamental language skills—speaking, listening, reading, spelling, grammar, and business writing—so they can talk fluently and clearly in a range of contexts.

Students will increase their comprehension of written materials, expand their vocabulary and grammar, and acquire proficient written and verbal communication skills via interactive learning and hands-on activities. Speaking, Listening and Communicating, Reading, Spelling, Punctuation, and Business Writing are just a few of the modules that give students the language skills they need to succeed in the classroom and at business.

The program, which is offered both in-person and online, blends guided instruction with hands-on activities to enhance communication skills, critical thinking, and self-assurance. Graduates will have the English language proficiency needed for postsecondary education, professional communication, and employment in a variety of work settings.
